# Agent Copilot

> Deploy IrisAgent as a Copilot App within your Ticketing System

IrisAgent helps agents find AI answers to tickets at their fingertips using the Copilot app right within your ticketing system. The Copilot sidebar surfaces AI-suggested resolutions, case summaries, sentiment, similar cases, linked Jira issues, and more — directly inside the ticket view. ## Install the Copilot App

Pick your ticketing system below and follow the installation link to add the IrisAgent Copilot app to your account:
